Blythe Brewery – Founded in 2002 this cask ale producing micro brewery is situated next to the river Blythe at Hampstall Ridware, an idyllic location in rural Staffs.

Staffie
4.4% - A golden bitter with a light hoppy citrus aroma. The taste is crisp clean and hoppy with delicate malty sweetness for balance and more bitter citrus fruit. Dry, bitter and hoppy aftertaste. Bottle-Conditioned

4.5% - A dark rich beer, full of dark flavours. Bottle-Conditioned

Peakstones Rock Brewery- Produced their first brew in 2005 at Peakstones Farm at Alton in the Staffordshire Peak District. We usually have at least one of their beers in stock.

Oblivion
5.5% - A golden coloured beer, with plenty of body. A good strong citrus flavour and aroma. Bottle-Conditioned
Black Hole
4.8% - Dark beer with hints of roast malts, chocolate and coffee. One for the cold weather. Bottle-Conditioned
Chained Oak
4.2% - Traditional copper coloured bitter. Bottle-Conditioned

Leek Brewery – Cheddleton, just outside Leek, is the home of Leek Brewery. This versatile brewery not only produces a host of first-class beers but has created a superb range of home produced chesses.

Slaters Brewery – Slaters started in 1995 in buildings behind The George Hotel in Eccleshall. In 2007 the need for greater capacity and a more modern plant saw the opening of the current brewery in Stafford. Claim to fame to date, apart from all the beer awards, was “Top Totty” being on sale in the House of Commons members bar!

Top Totty
4.0% - A stunning blonde beer full bodied with a voluptuous hop aroma. It has a ripe and generous fruitiness, with deep and complex hop notes and rich malt.

Burton Bridge Brewery – Burton Bridge Brewery takes its name from the Burton Bridge over the River Trent at Burton-on-Trent. Burton Bridge have averaged more than one finalist a year in National beer competitions (Camra and SIBA) since they started in 1982 .Winning three times with Bridge Bitter, Bottled Empire Pale ale and bottled Bramble Stout.

Tickle Brain
8.0% - Brown ale smooth & powerful. Northdown hops, pale and chocolate malts are used in this old Elizabethan recipe. Tickle Brain is an old English name for strong beer. Bottle-Conditioned
Empire Pale Ale
7.5% - Pale bitter with a strong hoppy aroma. Hops used are Challenger and Styrian. Brewed to replicate the India Pale Ales that were brewed in Burton to be sent to the Empire in India, now exported in the opposite direction to the USA. Bottle-Conditioned
Bramble Stout
5.0% - Black stout that has strong chocolatey aroma with a hint of fruit. Full-bodied with a smooth bitterness. Challenger hops and Pale & Chocolate malt combined with the subtle fruit make this a superb satisfying drink. Bottle-Conditioned

Worthington White Shield IPA
5.6% - Aromatic hops, toasted cereal notes and hints of smoke and spice kindle White Shield's embracing nose, enhanced by fragrant fruity characters, the faintest whiff of exotic cheese, and an intricate top-note of freshly baked bread. With time to condition, William Worthington's unique dual yeast works up a sparkle that is sharp and Champagne-like, crafting a full luxurious mouth feel that combines with warming hints of alcoholic liqueur and White Shield's ever so subtle peppery character, to create an exquisite bitter sweet finish. Wincle Brewery – The village of Wincle is in Cheshire, the micro brewery is located at a farm just over the border in North Staffordshire. Production commenced during the Summer 2008. We have at least two of the beers from their range.

Mister Mullen
4.8% - An IPA brewed to a traditional recipe using Marris Otter and crystal malt. Hopped with Cascade to give a refreshing, fruity and citrus note. Bottle-Conditioned
Sir Philip
4.2% - An amber malt based bitter with a perfect balance of two types of hop. Bottle-Conditioned

Wincle Waller
3.8% - A pale refreshing beer with a prominent hop taste. Bottle-Conditioned
The Undertaker
4.5% - There’s a touch of the night about this dark coloured bitter. Its complex, nutty and fruit undertones last right to the bitter end. Bottle-Conditioned

Beowulf Brewery – Founded in 1997 in Yardley, Birmingham, in 2003 The Beowulf Brewing Company upped sticks and moved from a suburban side street to the side of a reservoir. The double unit in Chasewater Country Park couldn't have been more different from the tiny shop in Yardley. With views of the water where deer drink at dawn the brewery was built following medieval methods, wattle and daub, between green oak beams.

Dragon Smoke Stout
5.3% - Dark malts and roasted barley combine to produce smouldering "chocolate" flavour followed by a mouth embracing bitterness. Bottle-Conditioned
Finn’s Hall Porter
5.2% - is a fitting tribute to Finn a character famed for his hospitality brought to life in the story of Beowulf. Our porter is as it should be: inviting, dark, and smoky, hoppy and not too sweet. Bottle- Conditioned
